Răzvan is an Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2023.
Răzvan holds an LL.B from the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Law (2023) and a BA in Political Science from the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration – Faculty of Political Sciences (2022). He is currently an LL.M student in Private Law at the University of Bucharest.
Răzvan mainly provides legal consultancy on banking and financial services, and he is also keen on exploring the fields of digital & tech law.
Răzvan speaks English, German and Romanian.
