Elena is a Senior Associate at Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar.
She holds a bachelor degree in law with “Al. I. Cuza” Iași University - Law Faculty and holds a master degree in “Labor and industrial relationships” with Bucharest University - Law Faculty.
Before joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, Elena worked as a lawyer for various reputed law firms present both on local and international market (focusing, among other areas, on labour law).
Elena provides legal assistance on various aspects of civil law, commercial and corporate law, as well as legal assistance related to competition law and in relation to projects within retail area. Elena is also involved in the field of public projects having a component of sustainability and climate changes.
She is fluent in English and in Romanian.
