Approval with amendments of the Government Emergency Ordinance for the suspension of the Law no. 217/2016 on food waste reduction

The Government Emergency Ordinance 45/2017 was approved with the following amendment: the applicability of Law 217/2016 on food waste reduction is suspended until 30 June 2018, not until 31 December 2017 as initially provided.
As a consequence, the suspension of the law on food waste reduction is prolonged with 6 more months.
